After the operation of the micro-tiller, the necessary fastening and component adjustment should be carried out in time. After the micro-tiller is used in many places for a period of time, the gap between some parts will increase, and the user must make the necessary adjustments. The clutch is a need to adjust the parts:
The walking part or PTO end is still loose, and the walking part or PTO end is still rotating, you can take:
① Loosen the other end of the cable and link the bolt of the positioning tip on the gearbox;
② Press the clutch rocker arm down until the shift fork inside the gearbox touches the end surface of the copper pad on the driven rotor;
③ Tighten the cable and at the same time tighten the bolt at the end of the positioning to fix the cable.
2: The clutch transmits insufficient power or does not transmit
The above methods can be used for debugging first. If it still does not work normally and it is confirmed that the clutch friction plate has worn too much, it should be replaced with a new lining fixing body assembly at a special maintenance point in time.
As the use time increases, the friction during the running-in period will wear accordingly, and the stroke of the driven rotor will change, which will affect the performance of the clutch in severe cases. When the clutch grip is grasped, the clutch will not be separated, or the clutch will not work properly after the grip is released., It is necessary to adjust the clutch.
