How to deal with the ditching and ditching machine out of gear
When the ditching machine is engaged in the rotary tillage gear operation, the gear can be engaged only by pressing the operating lever of the ditching machine to the left. After inspection, the reason is that the ball spring positioning device on the drive shaft of the plow blade in the meshing sleeve has lost its function, the steel ball has been lost, or the spring is stuck, the meshing sleeve cannot be locked on the plow blade shaft, slipping and power cannot be transmitted. Repair or replace the ball spring type positioning device, and the fault is eliminated.
When the trench tiller is engaged in rotary tillage operation, it is very difficult to shift the plow blade of the trench tiller to the left, and it will automatically shift out of gear soon after shifting. After inspection, the reason is that the plow blade operating lever has been bent and deformed, and the tooth insert of the meshing sleeve on the plow blade shaft cannot mesh with the tooth insert on the drive gear of the plow blade, or the meshing length is very small, and the joysticking of the joystick causes axial force to shift.
After you straighten the control column, the fault is corrected. Coulter joystick bending deformation, mainly caused by improper operation. When the gear is engaged, the joystick cannot be hard dialed. If it is difficult to engage the gear, gently engage the clutch to rotate the meshing sleeve to a position, and then dial the joystick.
When using the tiller, after the throttle, the driver can see the thick smoke from the reflector on the exhaust pipe side. There are mainly three kinds of white smoke, blue smoke and black smoke. These three kinds of phenomena refer to the failure of the micro-tillage machine. Let's analyze it:
(1) White smoke: There is water in diesel and water in diesel, which directly affects the normal combustion of the mixed gas; the temperature is not enough, because the engine temperature is not enough, the mixed gas formed by the fuel and air injected into the cylinder cannot be burned. The exhaust pipe emits white smoke.
1. If there is water in the oil, replace the fuel.
2. The fuel injection quality is not good, replace the fuel injection nozzle.
3. The quality of the mixed gas is not good, clean or replace the carburetor.
4. If the oil supply is too early, adjust the oil supply time.
(2) Blue smoke:
1. Too much oil, check the oil level and release too much oil.
2. The piston ring is severely worn, replace the piston ring.
3. Improper assembly of piston ring, reassemble according to technical requirements.
4, the use of improper conditions, plowing uphill slope shall not exceed 15 degrees.
(3) Black smoke:
1, overload operation, with low gear or reduce the depth of tillage.
2. If the atomization of the fuel injector is poor, replace the fuel injector.
3. If the oil supply is too large, reduce the oil supply appropriately.
4. If the oil supply is too late, adjust the supply advance angle.
5. If the piston is severely worn, replace the piston ring.
When these three phenomena occur, we must pay attention to them, because they will lead to increased carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, unstable idle speed, weak acceleration, increased fuel consumption, excessive exhaust emissions, and other adverse consequences. In severe cases, insufficient engine lubrication will cause damage to the engine that is difficult to repair. Even scrapped, resulting in increased maintenance costs.
