Pastoral management machine features and use and maintenance
Pastoral management machine is a kind of multi-function small farmland operation machinery. The machine has the characteristics of light weight and multiple functions. The main operations include deep rotation, spraying, soil restoration, weeding, intertillage, furrowing, ridging, crushing, transportation, ridging and mulching, rhizome harvesting, etc. Its supporting power is 41 kW (6 horsepower), and the whole machine is composed of three parts: engine, chassis and supporting working machines, with a total weight of about 100kg. In order to prolong the service life of the management machine, reduce the fault and do not miss the farming time, the operator must do the correct use, maintenance and safe operation.
1. Initial maintenance. The new machine or the overhauled pastoral management machine shall be run-in test run according to the requirements in the instruction manual, and the operation can only be carried out after careful inspection and debugging.
2. Daily maintenance. Before departure, check whether the lubricating oil in the engine and gearbox is between the upper and lower engraved lines of the normal oil level of the oil dipstick, add it when it is insufficient, and check whether there is oil leakage. After starting, listen and observe whether there is any abnormal sound in each component, such as unstable engine operation, overheating, etc. Check whether the clutch, shift system and steering mechanism work normally. Check whether the connection of working machines and tools is reliable. If there is any damage, replace the damaged parts immediately.
3. Technical overhaul. If it is found that the management machine has a major failure or needs technical maintenance, the operator shall not blindly disassemble the machine, and shall send it to the local special maintenance station for professional and technical personnel to eliminate the failure and technical maintenance before operation, and the management machine shall not operate "with disease.
4. Long-term storage. When the management machine needs to be stored for a long time, the dust on the surface of the machine should be removed first and anti-rust treatment should be made.
